Olive Garden Fettucine Alfredo

What You Need
Pasta
1 stick of butter
1 clove of minced garlic
1 pint of heavy cream
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
salt and pepper
What to Do
Make Pasta  ( I was cooking the pasta while making the sauce)  :)
In a sauce pan over medium heat – melt butter and add garlic and cook for two minutes.
Add cream and cream cheese and heat till bubbling ( not to the point of a boil)
All mixed but it is missing CHEESE!
Add in Parmesan Cheese and mix until the cheese melts add salt and pepper to taste. I ended up adding about 1/2 teaspoon of pepper ( but that is just me).
Mix some sauce with the pasta ( a little sauce goes a long way ;) ).
Enjoy!
There was so much sauce left over I was able to fill this sauce jar! We had leftovers the next day and it was super yummy.
